DAY 2
Your private guide will meet you at Rome International airport to assist with customs formalities, then you’ll reach by private car your first class hotel in the downtown area.
Let the time go by slowly today, relaxing or strolling
around the central districts; dinner with wine tonight is served in a beautiful Roman restaurant.

DAY 3
American breakfast
Your personalized full day tour will include the highlights of the Eternal city: the car at your disposal will take you straight to the Vatican Museums(we’ll see the restored frescoes by Michelangelo in the Sistine chapel, the Raphael’s rooms, the ancient Roman statuary, etc..)then your guide will escort you down to St.Peter’s Basilica, to describe you Michelangelo’s “Pieta’”, the many Popes’ tombs and the overall Gian Lorenzo Bernini’s decoration.
After an informal but delicious luncheon in a typical place of the old Trastevere area, your crew is ready to cover with you the archaeological sites: we’ll enter the Coliseum (the most gigantic gladiatorial stadium ever built in the whole Roman Empire, with its 70.000 spectators),the Ancient Forum, where Mark Antony gave his speech in front of Caesar’s body and the three Arches of Triumph still preserved in the same area.
Then, we move on to the Pantheon, splendid original construction dated back to 125 A.D., and, before returning to your hotel, we won’t forget to let you throw a coin into the Trevi Fountain.

DAY 4
American breakfast
An easy and scenic drive through the southern country side and the incredible beauties of the Bay of Naples will be all there for you to enjoy; we start first of all guiding you amongst the ruins of the ancient Pompeii, buried by the violent eruption of Mt.Vesuvius in 79 A.D.
Then we proceed on along the first part of the Amalfi coastal drive to reach Positano,the splendid jewel on the Mediterranean, your first class hotel location.
Dinner with local wine in a fashionable restaurant by the sea.

DAY 5
American breakfast
This morning we drive and guide you stretching further south along the rest of the coastal drive and getting in only 45 minutes to Amalfi town and Ravello (from which natural terraces you can take breathtaking pictures).
Your afternoon and dinner are at leisure, so, once back in Positano, you can enjoy some shopping in the small boutiques of the charming town, or lie in the sun and then, eventually, have some fried calamari in one of the many places by the beach…in a few words, go along with “la Dolce Vita”

DAY 6
American breakfast
This is your Capri isle day!
Our vessel will take off from Sorrento and reach Capri pier in only 25 minutes ; once there, weather permitting, you shall see before anything else the famous Blue Grotto. Then, by taxi and of course always accompanied by your guide, you’ll explore the rest of this enchanting island, enjoying lunch at a famous local restaurant.
Return and little free time in Sorrento, then on to Positano.
Dinner on your own.
